- Please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelation within 12 hours of appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of services. Cancelation within 4 hours of appointment time or no-show will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of services. If using voucher, voucher will be redeemed for no-call and no-show appointments.
