Provide credit card on file to book appointment with a $25 reservation fee if client no shows or cancels after the 24 hr cancellation policy. Space is limited to clients only having services rendered. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete necessary paperwork. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift for another person no same person purchases allowed. 24 hour cancellation policy enforced which is equal to $25 broken appointment fee. 10 min grace period strictly enforced; all late clients will have to reschedule and $25 broken appointment fee will be applied before rebooking.
