Face Masks: All team members and guests will be required to wear masks while in the spa. This includes all common areas such as the retail area, quiet room, changing lounges, nail room, and hallways. Guests will not be required to wear a mask while face-down for a massage or while receiving a facial.
Temperature & Symptom Checks:: A member of our hospitality team will perform a quick temperature check of all staff and guests as they enter the spa with an infrared thermometer and all staff and guests will be required to answer a quick questionnaire about any symptoms they may have experienced recently.
