Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? _All of our classes offer something unique to our students. We encourage growth and constantly challenge our students in order to let go of fear so they can move ahead in their practice and in their lives off the mat. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _A 20-year commitment to a personal yoga practice and the intention to share that passion with our community. _
