Camouflage is great for blending into the wooded scenery, but any Realtree-clad 'baller would feel awkwardly out of place at a neon-themed '90s dance party. Grant your friends glowing acceptance by speckling their pristine brown and green with bright bursts of color on the epic fields at Three Rivers Paintball Park in Freedom. For $18, today's deal gets you a $35 rental package including admission and all the gear you need to give the opposition a free paint job.

Your package comes with a semi-automatic paintball-gun rental, goggles, ammo pods, 200 paintballs, and free air/Co2 for the day. Sessions last 4.5 hours, during which time you'll play 6–10 games and fire off between 400–500 paintballs. Unless you are a certified sharpshooter or overly trigger-shy, you'll likely exhaust your initial 200-paintball supply. You must reload using the park's paintballs, which can be purchased at a rate of $7 for 100 or $30 for 500.

This is the oldest and largest facility in western Pennsylvania, dating back to the brutal paintball battles of the Civil War. The woodsball field is riddled with vehicular wreckage, castles, and plenty of trees, providing cover and great ambience for every battle. Three Rivers is also one of the safest fields, making it great for beginners. Stickler refs adhere to the rulebook like Dr. Octopus to the Hippocratic Oath. Cheap shooters and cheaters will be weeded out quickly. Ladies are more than welcome, and can work on developing a feared reputation. Overzealous gents never know what's lurking under the mask—until the game ends, helmets come off, and flowing hair is revealed in striking Mulan fashion.

About Three Rivers Paintball Park

In the distance, the thump of discharged weapons can be heard. Spires of a castle loom over the tree tops, and as the platoon approaches, a hail of fire fells three of them. As those hit trudge off the field and wipe the paint from their goggles, the rest of their team makes a hasty retreat only to assault the position from a different angle. These tense moments occur daily at Three Rivers Paintball. More than 70 acres of wooded battlefield sports crashed airplanes, broken down tanks, and large-scale fortresses. The staff also hosts airsoft battles, with scenarios reenacting battles from history such as World War II or Napoleon's thumb wars. A full-service pro shop carries traditional paintball equipment needed to wage nonlethal war.
