Thrive Power Yoga Palm Beach offers a variety of class offerings including warm and hot power vinyasa, yoga bootcamp and gentle yin which are led by experienced, friendly instructors to facilitate a positive experience for the body and mind.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration behind Thrive was provide a space where the classes are leveled, so yogis have space to learn foundational postures, as well as opportunities to explore more advanced ones. Our Beyond The Mat Philosophy means we support our clients with available childcare during select class times, free monthly meditation and fully appointed changing rooms with restrooms and showers for convenience.
What do you love most about your job?
We are most inspired by watching our clients grow within their physical practice, which uses the body as a tool to work inward, and ultimately, live a happier, healthier life on and beyond the mat.
