Wildlife videographer Carol Amore has compiled a stunning interactive exhibit focused on some of nature's most ferocious felines. Although there are no live animals to chat up or grab by their toes, inorganic yet lifelike representations of a Bengal tigress and her cubs guide visitors through the wild world of these highly endangered creatures (the estimated number of surviving wild tigers is roughly 3,000). Parents and their cubs can explore the six hands-on education stations throughout the exhibit, which showcase engaging hands-on lessons about animal tracking, as well as a prey-finding video game and a standing challenge to match the volume of a tiger's roar. The "CAT" scan station treats the non-X-ray-visioned to an in-depth look at the fearful symmetry of a tiger's bones and muscles in motion—along with the stray yarn, hairballs, and peanut-butter sandwiches inside its belly. Eager altitude seekers, meanwhile, can play challenging games along the exhibit's imposing but utterly scalable digi-track climbing wall. Tigers: Tracking a Legend also features thrilling footage of tigers in the wild and less thrilling footage of them waiting in line at the post office.
