About Title Boxing Club

A joint venture between a professional boxer and a team of successful kickboxing-equipment tycoons, Title Boxing Club maintains a network of dozens of studios spread across more than 20 states, winning over a devoted clientele with its invigorating and engaging boxing- and kickboxing-themed classes.

They are, however, a fitness club first, using boxing and kickboxing to get fit, not hit. The clean, modern space has an abundance of heavy bags, and expert trainers employ their individual styles to make every class unique. Every workout uses a heart-healthy, calorie-torching combination of cardio and boxing exercises to satisfy people’s innate desire to punch and kick something other than a broken jukebox. Each exercise is demonstrated first, then individual guidance is provided throughout the class, which ends with a core-busting set of mat exercises. Participants end up building lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to punching bags, and building flexibility and agility by practicing kicks and hooks. All experience levels are welcome, and children 8 and up can even attend with a parent.

“Sometimes people who have never boxed are hesitant to try it the first time” says owner Adrienne Rush. “Once they’ve been in a class, they usually love it! It is not only great for the body, it also helps relieve stress and build confidence. Customers are often surprised to learn that more than half of our members are women.”
