TBC of Tulsa provides a fun but intense workout for males and females of all ages. With our trainers providing personal training in a class setting, you will not be disappointed. Upon arrival we will welcome you, provide loaner wraps/gloves, and prepare you for class by showing you the basics.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Come 10-15 minutes before class time. This will give us enough time to wrap your hands up and show you the basics.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After many years of working out and playing sports, I took my first class hitting the heavy bags for a workout and I was hooked. Great all-over body workout. It never gets boring.

What do you love most about your job?
The atmosphere. The people are awesome and the workout is like no other. We are not your typical gym.
