More than just a dinner and show, the Toa Luau is located at one of the most magical and beautiful locations in Hawaii, the Waimea Valley. Hawaiian storytelling will accompany a guided hike through the Waimea Audubon Park including the breathtaking Waimea Falls and optional swimming. At the Toa Luau, you’ll receive a flower lei greeting, Mai Tai cocktails, hula lessons, basket weaving, and other cultural activities before taking part in a traditional feast of contemporary Polynesian food. The Toa Luau Ohana warmly invites you to the Kava Circle to experience an exciting day of culture, raw nature, delicious food, and the genuine spirits of Aloha & Talofa.
Polynesian Menu Includes:
- Cultural Drinks: Kava Kava and Cocoa Samoa (Hot Chocolate)
- Cash Bar: Tropicals and Mai Tai’s, domestic and import beer, wine, juice, and soft drinks
- Greens and Salads: A delicious salad made from greens that are sourced from local farmers. Also, macaroni and fruit salad.
- Cultural Dishes: Traditional palusami, lomi lomi salmon, and coconut haupia
- Main Dishes: Smoked Kalua pork from Imu, roasted shoyu Chicken with Ginger Sauce, Steamed White Rice

Waimea Valley is an area of historic cultural significance on the North Shore of Oahu. The valley includes several historical structures including stone terraces and walls constructed during the time of the Hawaiian monarchy. Waimea Valley is breathtakingly beautiful, and was considered a location of spiritual significance by Ancient Hawaiians. The valley is also home to one of the most incredible waterfalls on the island, Waimea Falls. This is one of the best swimming holes in the world.
