Classes are offered Thursdays at 5pm and are an hour long. 

Class formats change every 4-6 weeks and will include 2 formats in one hour.

Formats include:

Body Sculpting- Training with light dumbbells

Kickboxing- Martial arts and boxing style moves put to fun music

Yoga flow- Strength building yoga flow

Zumba- Latin based dance fitness

Pound- Pilates, Yoga and cardio drumming fusion workout

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Good music, great positive energy, and an encouraging atmosphere, sets our Zumba class apart from others. We just want you to feel the music and MOVE. As long as your sweating and smiling.... you're doing it right :)

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep the music fresh and current, while adhering to Zumba standards by including plenty of international rhythms as well. You will master routines and sharpen your already awesome "front row diva" skills.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been a fitness instructor for the past 5 years. I was inspired to lose weight myself at the beginning of my journey due to health issues and as I became more involved with fitness, I found that it was much more fun to participate in group exercise. It keeps me motivated!

What do you love most about your job?
The friendships I have formed through dancing, and fitness have been awesome!
