    I haven't had them come yet. Called and set up an appointment so far. They asked if I had a cat or dog, and said they charge $75. Extra to clean the carpet if the owner has a pet. I happened to have a short haired kitty, who doesn't shed, but that is their standard rule. I have never confronted that rule before and have had many house cleaners in the past. This should have been addressed in the Groupon ad. I don't feel this is right.

    We have been calling to schedule the cleaning but can't get a hold of anyone. We sure wish they would contact us since we have already paid for it

    They have a website that states they service Springfield, MA when in fact it would take months before they could even clean in that area. We were given a date sometime in February. This is unacceptable!!
