Many of Tosca Cafe's meals emulate the best of rustic Italian cuisine. The eatery's pastas include homemade spinach fettuccine and fresh black linguine topped with succulent seafood and pink brandy sauce. Other dishes include chicken or veal sautéed in wine and more than a dozen pizzas cooked in a traditional coal-burning oven.

Fresh Takes

Not everything at Tosca is plucked from an old cookbook or dictated by the genie inside each bottle of olive oil. The kitchen creates contemporary eats as well, including a sesame-crusted tuna salad with kiwis and oranges and a dessert pizza featuring hazelnut spread, fresh fruit, and crushed almonds. At the sushi bar, guests can order superthin slices of salmon, tuna and yellowtail carpaccio alongside inventive sushi rolls.

Weekly Events

The restaurant's packed calendar, gives guests a reason to visit nearly every day of the week. Mondays mean belly-dance classes, lobster dinners are specially priced on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and Sundays feature late-night happy hours. On weekends Tosca's champagne brunch buffet offers diners imported meats and seafood alongside made-to-order omelets.
