What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Most of our classes are mixed levels and our instructors are experienced in teaching all levels of students, safely guiding them through their yoga journeys while providing them with the opportunity to grow.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We believe in transformation through yoga and in order to transform, you need to stay stay committed to your practice.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our hope is to provide our community with a place where everyone can find the guidance they need to explore and discover yoga. We believe that a community where everyone practices yoga becomes a better place.

What do you love most about your job?
The teachings of yoga provide us with tools to unite our mind, body, and spirit within ourselves. It also provides an opportunity to connect with others, with community, and with the world as a whole.
