Inside a private and quiet room, you first relax with a shower before stepping into the REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy) pod. You then float for 60 minutes atop 10 inches of warm, highly buoyant Epsom salt water while the surrounding pod blocks out all outside noise and light. The water maintains the same temperature as the body, giving the impression of floating on air, and the salt can help to improve skin conditions and boost blood circulation. You remain in complete control during each float and can customize your experience with light and music if desired. This will help leave you feeling relaxed and as well rested as a lily pad on vacation as you emerge from the tank. The pod filters for 30 minutes between each client, catching particles as small as 1/100th of a human hair, ensuring that it is thoroughly sanitized for each guest.
