Riders launch their journeys at the mouth of the Guadalupe River’s Horseshoe Loop for a gentle float trip that can span between a half-mile and a mile, depending of the participant’s wish. If opting for the mile-long float, one free shuttle ride can transport floaters back to the entry point; half-mile jaunts do not require shuttle service. Participants can tote along coolers or rent a tube cooler for an additional fee ($15), and dogs are invited to enjoy the lazy saunter down the stream.
