About Tucanos Brazilian Grill
Brazil's churracso tradition originated in the southern grasslands, where gaúchos—similar to cowboys—butchered beef on the range and barbecued it over open flames. Today, Tucanos Brazilian Grill carries on the churrascaria heritage. Tucanos prepares specially seasoned skewers of beef, poultry, pork, seafood, pineapple, and vegetables over an open-flame grill, which are then carved table-side in an unlimited experience.
How does it work?
Each person receives a cue. If they leave the green side facing upward, that signals to servers that they'd like more selections brought to the table. Servers whisk skewers of top sirloin, Brazilian sausage, pork loin, or sweet and spicy chicken thighs to them, slicing portions of their choices straight onto the plate. When guests are ready for a break from entrees, they simply turn the cue so that the red side is on top.
What if you're hungry for other foods?
Each churrasco meal includes our award-winning, salad Festival, filled with a colorful array of hot and cold items. Prepared fresh daily, options include gourmet salads, seasonal fruits, sushi, peel-and-eat shrimp, as well as traditional sides of seasoned rice, stroganoff, feijoada (Brazilian black-bean stew), and lobster bisque. Once diners have had their fill of savory dishes, they can activate their sweet tooth with blended fruit drinks and desserts like Brazilian-style flan.
