About Tula Wellness & Aesthetics
In Sanskrit, tula means balance. At Tula Wellness, that’s exactly what Dr. Arianna Sholes-Douglas helps women achieve: balance in mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Sholes-Douglas has practiced medicine for more than 20 years, but even before that, her passion for interacting with and guiding women shined through. As a college student, she abstained from spending her free time building forts out of uncooked Ramen noodles to conduct retreats and seminars for women.
Today, in addition to being a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Sholes-Douglas is trained in integrative medicine and wellness coaching. She and the Tula Wellness team strive to uplift and empower women, whether that means by simply maintaining health with massage and skincare, or something more complex, such as managing weight and fatigue.
