What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Turtle Leaf Cafe we strive to use the freshest ingredients which will result in a product that satisfies. We bring the big city feel to a small market. We realize that we can't keep our doors open if we don't leave an impression on our guests, therefore we aim for 100% satisfaction every day.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our best seller since our doors opened has been the Chicken Salad Pita. It features a fresh, never frozen, all white meat chicken breast with grapes, apples, cranberries, mayo, romaine, and our whole grain mustard stuffed into an all wheat pita. It'll leave you wanting it each time you come back!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When the vision behind Turtle Leaf Cafe started it was to bring a healthy eating restaurant to an area that didn't have many to choose from. We want our guests to realize that you can eat good when you go out. Not having that "pit" in your stomach after you eat is something our guests enjoy.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing that we love most is seeing people's reaction when they come into the Cafe for the first time. You only get once chance to make a first impression and we try to maximize the experience that our guests have whether its their first time dining with us or whether they are a regular.
