A fleet of more than 400 vehicles will fill the gleaming, 325,000-square-foot landscape of the Twin Cities Auto Show, where vehicularly-enthralled visitors can view and participate in a plethora of exhibits and events. Specialty areas cater to specific auto-interests, from Luxury Lane, where a million dollars worth of lavish, new Masaratis, Audis, Bentleys, and more bask confidently in the showroom glow, to the Green Room, which displays the University of Minnesota's award-winning solar car alongside hybrids, electric, flex fuel, buttered-popcorn-fueled, and clean-diesel autos. Get up close to the 2011 Lexus RX, the new panoramic sunroof of the 2011 Volkswagen Touareg, or the speedy 2011 BMW X6.

This year, eligible visitors may test-drive a selection of the more than $15 million worth of cars. Another new addition to the exhibition is the Ultimate Garage, an installation which showcases three 1,500-square-foot car caves decorated with contemporary, racing, and collector themes. Each garage is decorated with products from local companies, and a fully furnished patio presents a primo pit stop.

Though visitors must leave their jealous autos outside, parking is plentiful. The show runs from March 12 through March 20, with the following hours:

• Monday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Tuesday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Friday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Though admission is half-price on Wednesday, this Groupon still represents the best deal for most visitors.
