Conveniently located inside the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables, Two Sisters Restaurant serves up a uniquely Floridian take on food. For breakfast, it offers dishes like the Calle Ocho, a Cuban sandwich made with serrano ham, gruyère cheese, and guava jam, as well as huevos rancheros, an egg dish featuring Mexican chorizo and a smattering of toppings. At lunchtime, it begins serving more seafood. Lump crab rolls, grouper BLTs, and—later, in the evening—pan-seared mahi and bucatini shrimp pasta remind diners that they're squarely situated in a tropical, coastal locale.
