Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Oh, this is easy! We keep clients motivated by never giving up on you! We are with you every step of the way! We have all your workouts planned so you don't have to try and figure anything out on your own. We coach you, we encourage you and we pick you up when you are down. Trust me, this is home!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration came from the my own journey. I was overweight (obese), had NO confidence or self belief, NO energy, NO drive and I drowned myself in food, alcohol and guilt. When I climbed my way out, I promised to take as many people with me who have walked in similar shoes.

What do you love most about your job?
THE PEOPLE! THE FRIENDSHIPS! I have never met a group of women who are so supportive of one another. This is our family. We have each other's backs and we will have yours too. We are each other's strength. Empowered women, empower women. Be prepared to walk out of our door with a ton of new friends!
