Unite's schedule of coach driven workouts combines 25 minutes of Cardio Intervals, 30 minutes of Strength Training and 10 minutes of Recovery for lean body transformations, enhanced fitness, and increased energy. This is how top athletes train, only we are everyday athletes, and our goal isn’t to win the game, it’s to win at life.
