United Chinese Restaurant is the culmination of Jimmy Chung's travels as a chef. Chung moved to New York City from Taiwan in 1978, and after tiring of the Big Apple's sea-level air, he and his wife brought their passion for traditional Chinese cooking to Colorado in 1993. Today he continues to whip up delicious meals from quality meats, fresh ingredients, and, most importantly, three decades of experience. His menus are replete with traditional dishes such as wonton soup, kung pao beef, and shrimp chow mein.
