Staff was unprofessional. They charged me extra even after the manager stated everything had been covered in full. We were supposed to have the table from 11:00 am till 1:00pm however, our “party planner” let another party over run our table at 12:45 so we lost 15 minutes of our time that we paid for. Also, they started throwing away our drinks and cake that we brought in for my son’s birthday.

Advance purchase required. Not valid until 2 hours after purchase. All participants are required to sign a waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian sign the waiver. Must call the UA booking line to book Party (850) 270-2399. Valid only at the Tallahassee location. Socks included in Birthday Party Package. Table parties are ineligible for upgrade to room parties within 48 hours before the party. Priority will be given to those who upgrade to Platinum parties. Parties must be booked a minimum of 48hrs in advance in order to reserve a room table (pending availability). Cannot replace a previously booked party. Taxes will be charged to your Groupon party on the day of the event. May be repurchased every 90 days. Limit 6 per person.
