Via-Mar originally opened as a buffet-style restaurant. But before long, its customers made it clear: they didn't want the same hasty, in-and-out dining experience they could get at countless other places. Heeding that feedback, Via-Mar transformed into a full-service restaurant, serving Mexican cuisine that's as vibrant and colorful as the decor. The menu is diverse, but it's especially rich with seafood recipes from the coast of Mexico. Dishes include fish tacos, oysters topped with ceviche, and the always-popular shrimp cocktails.
