Mush Your Own Sled Dog Team (Summer/Fall Tour)
This is the only place in Alaska where you can mush your own team of dogs in the summer! This is not a just a tour kennel; it is the training grounds and homestead of 4-time Iditarod champion, Dallas Seavey. All the dogs are either retired racing dogs (many have won the Iditarod), are currently on the race team, or are the next generation in training to become the next great champions! Our dogs are active and training year-round. As a guest musher here, you become part of Dallas Seavey Racing's year-round training program. The group size for this experience is usually 6 or less people, with a guide assigned to each group, creating a very personal experience. All of our dogs are extremely friendly, and love attention. Cuddle puppies, romp with young dogs, or walk with champions.

- Tours begin from our conveniently located kiosk on Main Street in Downtown Talkeetna. We provide the transportation to and from the kennel, as a part of our tour. Please arrive 1/2 hour before your tour time. Example 11:30 tour, arrive at 11:00.
