• Multi-Day w/ Zoo Combo Pass is a VOUCHER and requires redemption to receive San Diego Zoo ticket. Voucher can only be redeemed at the Balboa Park Visitors Center (open 9:30 am – 4:30 pm daily; except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). To be valid passholder must bring printed receipt, must show a valid photo ID matching purchaser’s name, and pass must be redeemed within one year of order date.

• Pass (including Zoo ticket) is not replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.

• All passes includes one IMAX film at the Fleet Science Center.

Exclusions

• Special events, special exhibitions, and some films may require an additional fee.
• Admission to the San Diego Zoo is only included in the Multi-Day w/ Zoo Combo Pass.
• Centro Cultural de la Raza, Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego Art Institute, San Diego Model Railroad Museum, Timken Museum of Art, Veterans Museum, and WorldBeat Cultural Center are closed on Mondays.
• The San Diego Museum of Art is closed on Wednesdays.
• Most museums are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Museum hours may vary.
• Does not include Marston House Museum.
• Pass (including Zoo ticket) is not replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.
