I’ve been to a lot of museums and art/interactive experiences in the city, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt so disappointed. It seemed like an interactive place for all ages (at least that’s what it looked like on the website), but the truth is that it is absolutely not worth going unless you’re going with a kid, and not even then. The rooms were very overwhelming, and I personally didn’t enjoy that there were so many kids around. I felt like I was in a kids’ museum. I regret spending my time and money on this. I was in and out in around 20 minutes. I wish I could request a refund to be honest. I absolutely would not recommend it if you’re an adult, whether you’re going by yourself or with friends. If you have children, they can read, and you have disposable income, sure, you may enjoy it, but there are many places that are way better than this one.

A little underwhelming but good for the kids. Definitely made some memories and took cute photos with the love ones. It’s also a few blocks from the train station so good in the city if you don’t want to drive.

Glad we had some coupons from trip advisor and didn’t pay full price. The little snacks were fun and the way they email the photos was great. The whole thing took less than an hour with a tween and a teen. I know the factory can’t control it but there was a ton of poorly behaved children and parents who didn’t care which was annoying.

There’s not a lot to it! Less than half of what we expected, the cost does not justify the experience.
