Dine and drink at authentic western-style bars and restaurants. Rub shoulders with authentic cowboys and cowgirls and enjoy the culture "Where the West Begins."

Stop At: Hell's Half Acre, Fort Worth, TX
A historical marker commemorating the day's of the Wild West! This 1870's area consisted of saloons, dance halls, and so-called "bawdy houses" popular among cowboys stopping over in Fort Worth during cattle drives from South Texas to Kansas.
Hell's Half Acre attracted many notorious outlaws, including this group known as "the Fort Worth Five" or the "Wild Bunch." Supposedly visited often by Butch Cassidy (Robert Leroy Parker) and the Sundance Kid (Ben Kilpratrick).
