Traveler Pickup Information
Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point.

Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby.

If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time.
