• Farmstead Cheddar - Curd, Fresh, Aged and a variety of flavors.
• Farmstead Monterey Pepper Jack - Fresh Monterey Jack infused with authentic mexican salsa
• Farmstead Bread Cheese (Juustoleipa) - A special cheese that is meant to be fried, grilled or baked - we'll grill some up and let you try it with our in house rhubarb jams.
• Farmstead Queso Fresco Verde - A fresh cheese, similar to farmer's cheese, with super creamy mouthfeel - infused with verde salsa.
