I have to question their commitment to customer service. They proudly promote their transportation from Waikiki, but what they don't tell you is that you are likely to miss many of the pre-dinner activities; and they sell their luau on that. I spent a considerable amount of time with their customer service rep yesterday. Summed up, his attitude was "if you don't like it, use Uber (in other words, 'tough!)". I repeatedly asked why they wouldn't just pick people thirty minutes earlier; the answer was always the same: Uber. One post on Facebook even said that the driver of their bus admitted it was a problem. There are countless posts on Tripadvisor complaining. So if the drivers know it's a problem, and the customers know it's a problem, why isn't the company fixing it? It's simple. Leave earlier. I can only think of one reason why they don't...they don't care.

We met heavy rain during the show so it end early. However, for the other parts? I feel genuine, warm, and welcoming. A good place to go for family, date, reunion, just have fun and have good food (we had the fish and the chicken they are SOoOOO delicious!) 100%recommendations!

The Mauka warriors experience was immersive and culturally grounded. I was hesitant to participate in event that has a lot of cultural value since it has such deep meaning and sanctity. However, the Mauka warriors treat their luaus with a lot of respect and dignity. They truly let you become a part of their lives in the Hawaiian islands. They were also very kind and refunded 50% of the amount since it started raining mid way through the program and we couldn’t experience the event in its entirety. Even though we couldn’t witness the full glory of the event the fire show was spectacular! Highly recommend going when the skies are clear.
