On Hotel pickups, your departure time is 2.5 hours prior to your flight's departure for domestic flights, or 3.5 hours prior to your flight's departure for international flights.
Your chauffeur and vehicle will be at the front of the hotel.
Please inform the doorman that you have a car coming to pick you up. Many times the chauffeur is unable to park his car directly in front of the hotel and may be parked along the side of the hotel's driveway. The doorman should know which vehicle is yours because our chauffeurs announce themselves to the doormen when they first arrive.
If you have provided us with your mobile number, an hour prior to pickup you'll receive a text message with the chauffeur's name and mobile number.
