If you selected the 8:30 AM departure time, your meeting point is at 488 Post St (Cafe Encore). Look for a black Mercedes sprinter van parked across the street. This itinerary will go to Muir Woods & Sausalito first and you will be dropped off at Pier 33 for your afternoon Alcatraz tour. Important please arrive 15 minutes prior to your pickup time. For this departure ONLY, your driver will give you your Alcatraz tickets, so you will not receive the tickets prior to your Muir Woods & Sausalito tour.

If you selected the 9:10 AM departure time, your meeting point is at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing). This itinerary will go to Alcatraz first and you will be picked up in the afternoon for your Muir Woods & Sausalito tour. Note that you will be picked up at 12:50pm outside of Pier 33 in a black Mercedes sprinter van for your Muir Woods & Sausalito tour. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your pickup time.

If you selected the 12:50 PM departure time, your meeting point is at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing). This itinerary will go to Muir Woods and Sausalito first and you will be dropped off back at Pier 33 for your nighttime Alcatraz cruise.

You will receive an email the night before your tour with a QR code and instructions, which is your Alcatraz ticket. Without it, you may be turned away. To prevent this, please check your email for a link to download the QR code for Alcatraz or in your Customer Portal www.mytckts.com.

Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 minutes prior to your departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line.
