Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 minutes before the departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line with the QR code. Without it, you may be turned away. To prevent this, please check your email for a link to download the QR code for Alcatraz and the voucher or in your Customer Portal www.mytckts.com.
The Bay Cruise is a separate tour. A schedule of departure times will be sent to you. This tour departs from Pier 39 and you must exchange your voucher for a ticket at the Blue and Gold Fleet box office. Please note: If you plan to take both tours on the same day, you must take the Bay Cruise before your Alcatraz tour. Otherwise you may also take your Bay Cruise on any other day according to the schedule that will be sent to you.
