• My Sedan offers a reliable transfer service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle.
If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent.
Failure to undertake these steps may result in your transfer being canceled and refunds will not apply.
