We will notify you with a image of the car and drivers name 1 hr prior to pick up. We may arrive to your pickup location 30 minutes early for your scheduled ride so please be ready. If the driver is running late you will be notified when they will arrive . If you or your party are not ready you will incur a waiting fee or chance we may cancel on you. We have never been late for any of our pickups but there is always a chance due to traffic so its always a possibilty. We suggest you always schedule your ride with adequate time to avoid you arrivng late to your destination . Always give yourself at least an extra 30 minutes window .
