The boat was clean and the seats fairly comfortable (hard plastic). Boarding was easy and the boat left port on time. Was easy to hear the guide providing the info regarding the dozens of multi-million dollar properties along the shore (the house that Steven Spielberg once lived in was the prettiest IMO) as well as some other tidbits. The boat, at least during our tour was not crowded and one was able to move around easily if they wanted. Music played from the speakers for most of the ride. Not too loud. With the exception of the occasional rocking when encountering the wake from another boat, the ride was pretty smooth. One dolphin did briefly ride our wake (did not see it though). Overall, it was a nice ride on a nice day. Enjoyable.

It was a great experience! Nice people good views. We normally see a dolphin on this tour but didn't this time. Maybe next time!

One of the nicer cruises we’ve taken. Enjoy looking at beautiful estates along Naples Bay with humorous narrative along the way. Nice and quiet going back.

Everything was nice. We had beautiful weather, nice clean boat, friendly staff, humorous tour guide, beautiful views of Naples elite homes. Beverages available for purchase on boat. [Not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages on board ship.].
