1. Create a Disney MagicMobile pass in advance in the MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE app. To enter a Theme Park, scan the pass from the digital wallet on your mobile device at the entry touchpoint.

Alternatively, the Lead Guest can pick up your Special Event ticket order by presenting this printed confirmation and a valid and properly matched government-issued photo ID, at a Theme Park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs®. The order will only be released to the Lead Guest listed on the Will Call confirmation.
