What to Expect:

Player Requirements:

• Each game requires a minimum of 2 players and can accommodate up to 5 players.
• Session Schedule: Our gaming sessions run every 45 minutes. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking in advance online at www.virtualis-vr.com/. During the booking process, you can redeem your voucher Code in the PROMO CODE section.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your session. Make sure you've visited the restroom before your session starts, as we won't be able to pause the experience once it begins.
• Welcome and Instructions: Upon your arrival, one of our Experience Hosts will greet you and guide you to our equipment room. They will provide a brief safety instruction and explain the rules of the experience. If you're participating in Patient Zero or Lost City, we'll also show you how to use the VR Striker Gun.
• Gear Setup: We'll help you put on one of our Super-Computer Backpacks, Feet & Hand Trackers, and ensure that your goggles are fitted correctly. If you wear glasses, no worries; they can comfortably fit under the goggles. We even have options for vision adjustments if you have glasses. You'll also receive a headset to communicate with your team and coordinate your actions throughout the experience. Interactive Gameplay: Our tracking technology is so advanced that you'll see and interact with your fellow players. You can talk to each other and even high-five before you enter the virtual world.
• Game On: Once you're geared up and ready, our team will guide you into one of our two expansive, 2,000 sq/ft arenas, and the immersive experience will begin.

Select from the following thrilling experiences:

1. Patient Zero (Action/Co-op Shooter | 2-5 players): Embark on a mission to halt a zombie invasion! Your squad will infiltrate a secret bunker in search of the original virus, crucial for crafting an antidote. With limited ammunition and no precise floor plans, your task is to stop the undead and secure the essential files.

2. Lost City (Action/Co-op Shooter | 2-5 players): Months of planning for a military operation to reclaim the city from the undead have gone awry. Now, your team must fight its way through hordes of zombies. "Godfather" HQ will guide you to safety. Just like in Patient Zero, ammunition is scarce, but the stakes are higher.

3. Temple of the Diamond Skull (Adventure/Exploration | 2-5 Players): Embark on an exploration of a long-lost civilization's temple in search of the legendary "Diamond Skull" artifact. This adventure will test your team's problem-solving abilities as you navigate the temple's unstable terrain and encounter various traps. Please note, this experience is purely about exploration; there are no zombies or shooting involved.

Important information to consider:

Children must be at least 12 years old (for Temple of the Diamond Skull), and 13 years old (for Patient Zero and Lost City) and must be over 54 inches tall to participate. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult in the experience and should be capable of carrying a 20lb backpack. Teens aged 14 and older can go through the experience without an adult, but a guardian (Adult over 18) must be present in the lounge during their experience and sign the guardian waiver on-site.

Group Size: Each game requires a minimum of 2 participants to run and can accommodate a maximum of 5 individuals per group. If your group exceeds 5 people, we're happy to divide you into smaller groups and pair you with other players, as these are public experiences.

Blackout Dates: Please note that this offer is not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

Age and Height Restrictions:

• Children must be at least 12 years old (for Temple of the Diamond Skull), and 13 years old (for Patient Zero and Lost City) and must be over 52 inches tall to participate. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult in the experience and should be capable of carrying a 20lb backpack. Our system requires participants to meet these height and age requirements for tracking purposes.
• Teens aged 14 and older can go through the experience without an adult, but a guardian (Adult over 18) must be present in the lounge during their experience and sign the guardian waiver on-site before their experience.

Management's Discretion: Please be aware that management reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who may be considered undersized for the experiences or are not in the right state of mind to safely complete the experiences. Your safety is our priority.
