Classic dishes include ravioli alichia, hand filled with fresh ground beef, mozzarella, and ricotta and topped with the chef's tomato sauce ($16.95), while the progressive scampi San Marino features jumbo shrimp stuffed with borsin cheese and wrapped with pancetta in a balsamic reduction, blackberry sauce, and berry blanc ($26.95).

A hefty selection of Italian wines warms esophagi while twin fireplaces warm toes and tentacles. Vittoria's Old World Tuscan-style dining room also has barrel-vaulted ceilings and hand-painted wall murals, ideal camouflage for diners disguised as marble columns. In the sunny season, an outdoor patio whisks savory aromas away on the breeze while the warm, hospitable staff whisks plates from tables.
