Vinegars: aceto balsamico de Modena “Maletti,” aged balsamic vinegar from the Modena region in Italy, and fig chili balsam vinegar from Germany. Oils: garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil from Italy, Don Carlos extra-virgin olive oil from Spain, and pumpkinseed oil from Austria

To provide customers with an affordable way to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy gourmet cuisine in the comfort of their homes.

About VOM FASS
Any chef will tell you: the secret is in the sauce. The oil-, vinegar-, and spice-smiths at VOM FASS provide all the ingredients home cooks need to add a special something to their dinners. They hawk olive oils from Greece, Italy, France, and Spain, with more exotic unctuous bases including avocado oil, hazelnut oil, and staff-favorite chili oil. Others are infused with citrus, garlic, rosemary, and other additives. The vinegars are similarly varied, ranging from a ginger-grape balsam with lemony afternotes to a white-wine vinegar from Champagne.
