$38 for Steak-House Entrees for Two (Up to $76 Value)

VooDoo Steak

Located on the 50th floor of the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino’s Masquerade Village, VooDoo Steak affords its guests a hawk’s-eye view of the city's skyline. The view isn't the only reason to come; according to VisitLasVegas.com, chef Honorio Mecinas' menu of steak-house cuisine, some of which is prepared with an in-house dry-aging program, is worth a visit. Substantial cuts of high-quality meat are a major focus, and choices include bone-in wagyu tomahawk steaks and Black Canyon filet mignon. The Creole influences that appear in the decor also show up in shareable dishes such as lump crab cakes or zucchini-boursin beignets. As an added perk, diners get access to the VooDoo rooftop nightclub for no additional charge.

About VooDoo Steak & Lounge (Rio)

VooDoo Steak doesn't need a disco ball to create a dazzling light show. Instead, it relies on a glass elevator, which soars to the 50th floor of the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. During this ride to the top, the lights of Las Vegas twinkle smaller and smaller, until the doors open to reveal voodoo-inspired drawings, which glow eerily as if cursed by a witch or some sort of magical black light.

The elevator lets out into an elegant steakhouse ideal for romantic candlelit dinners, or big celebrations later in the evening. Favorite dishes include the lobster bisque, seared foie grad, braised Chilean sea bass, and pan-roasted sea scallops. Being a steakhouse, a wide selection of dry aged, prime, and Wagyu Beef steaks are available as well. At the bar, bartenders mix cocktails with elaborate showmanship and flair. Their signature drink, the Witch Doctor, uses dry ice to send fog cascading over a giant glass of red, rum-filled liquid.
