We are a multifaceted facility offering a combination of fitness, nutrition, and holistic health services. At WellNest you will find a community of instructors for yoga, Spin, TRX, personal training, barre, meditation, and more. Our caring healers provide massage therapy, acupuncture, and energy work.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We provide an array of classes with the most professional instructors in our area. Our classes are in back-to-back format so you can add variety in your workout without having to leave the facility.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were inspired to create a space that attracts a community of people who want to heal, learn, grow, and embrace their well-being—a place where you are inspired to take a balanced approach in vitalizing your whole self: body, mind and soul.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our clientele achieve the results they have always desired, feeling great in both mind and body, and spreading their positivity throughout our community. This in turn allows us to feel a sense of purpose and completion. To assist in changing someone’s quality of life is most rewarding.
