This 90-hour real-estate course teaches future real-estate agents everything they need to know about the housing market and prepares them to obtain their license. The 90 hours are broken up into convenient 4.5-hour classes, which take place at the Chandler location mornings and evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Students don’t need to attend classes in any particular order or timeframe, which means they can work at their own pace.

The course is taught by Marty Baum of Baum School of Real Estate. Marty is one of Chandler Real Estate Training Center’s team members. He has been in the business for more than a decade and has written more than 30 state-certified courses, including broker and salesperson pre-licensing.
