About Westchester Smile Design

Dr. Shay Markovitch, one of the three dentists at Westchester Smile Design, has spent the past 15 years straightening, whitening and otherwise beautifying teeth. Specializing in cosmetic dentistry, he conceals chips and other damage with Lumineers—an ultra-thin take on porcelain veneers—and straightens crooked smiles with transparent Invisalign aligners.

Dr. Markovitch and his fellow dentists work alongside an orthodontist and oral surgeon to ensure teeth are both healthy and pearly-white, aided by the latest technology. Video diagnosis, for example, allows patients to see live footage from inside their own mouths and computer-generated projections forecast how teeth will look post-treatment, unlike taking a bite out of a Magic 8 ball.
