Reflexology is an alternative modality used to bring healing to the body through a specialized massage technique that activate the pressure points on your feet + up the legs. This massage technique is done without any oil. The massage will stimulate the acupressure points which will send a signal to the corresponding organs, glad and system. Activating the pressure point leads to a neuro hormonal response that regulates the nervous system and balances the energetic pathways thus offering a whole healing effect to the body. ​ This session will begin using theta and delta wave tuning forks at either side of the head. Theta waves enable the brain and body to heal, and Delta waves help the body and mind to recover. My words will guide you softly into the body and out of your mind while the tuning forks encourage the body to move into the relaxation state. ​ Topical tuning forks are then applied to specific acupressure points on the feet and legs. You will feel a gentle vibration flow into the body that is felt all over the body. This is very calming and grounding. ​ The remainder of the session will be the foot reflexology session. This hands-on portion is 75 min long. During this time, you will feel yourself drifting in and out of awareness, feel very calm and floaty and when you awaken you will feel like you have new feet and extremely calm in your body
