This massage focuses on the chest, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. The benefits of this session include tension relief, lymphatic drainage, mental clarity, better sleep, reducing anxiety + stress, improved mobility, elevates muscle tension, boosts blood flow, circulation and facial rejuvenation. ​ The session will begin with an opening ritual that includes smudge, the sound of bells, an inviting mantra, a few deep breaths of a DoTerra essential oil and compressions up the body to the chest.

Topical tuning forks are applied to acupressure points along the chest, neck, head and face. This truly clears the mind and gives you the feeling of vas open fresh space all around you, all within you and feels like a gentle vibration flowing through the body. At this time my words will softly guide you into a meditation that will amplify the spacious feeling and keep your thoughts clear. ​ The above will drift into a massage that works with your body to release tension in a way that feels easy and relaxing, yet strong and intentional. Thorough massage is offered to the chest, neck, shoulder, scalp and face. A gently neck stretch completes the massage series. This neck stretch is a desirable movement that many clients will request in other services. Here I will encourage you to connect with your breath and on an exhale, I will use a towel to gently pull the neck up creating space between the vertebrae releasing tension between the vertebrae all the way down to the base of the spine. This is gentle technique to release muscle tension and create space in the body.
