Caroline Londegran is one of few people who can say they've worked with prestigious members of both the federal government and the Pilates community. White House Pilates Studio is named after one of Caroline's teaching contracts. She spent two years designing and teaching a Pilates and yoga program for the White House, utilized by members of Capitol Hill, CIA agents, Secret Service agents, and White House officials. More recently, Caroline was chosen to study with distinguished Pilates Elder, Lolita San Miguel. Lolita is the only remaining instructor who received certification from Joseph Pilates, Pilates' founder. With this wealth of experience, Caroline and her team of five teachers bring her curriculum to the public in private, semiprivate, and small-group equipment lessons, available at three locations or wherever a government official pulls a muscle.
